PT Evening Cleaners/Janitors - 

We are always looking for great people to join our growing company! If you are reliable, trustworthy, have an eye for detail and are available to work evenings to late night, these are great part time opportunities.  Hours are somewhat flexible to fit your needs.  Job duties include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitizing and clean-up, inventory stocking, etc. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.  Must have reliable transportation. Paid travel time between sites.

FT Night Lead/Fill-In Cleaner – Seattle (East Side)

We are currently seeking a Part Time Janitorial Night Lead/Fill In Cleaner for the Seattle area. This is a Monday through Friday position, working occasional weekends.

Primary Job Functions:
Train personnel
Fill-in for janitors that are absent due vacation, sickness, or other reasons
Perform weekly inspections with or for the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager
Responsible for reviewing weekly inspects with onsite janitorial staff
Effective communication with Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager of all conditions existing on site
Assist in organizing and supervising on-going operations
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
Maintain, clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms throughout facilities.
Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
Dusting and cleaning facilities
Maintain positive work relations with client(s)

Other Job Functions:
Responsible for scheduling, training, assigning work, maintaining accurate and proper records, which includes time sheet preparations. Ensures job performance documentation, including disciplinary actions prepared and submitted appropriately and on time

Qualifications & Training
Two or more years of equivalent experience preferred
Must have a reliable vehicle to drive to multiple sites
Mobile phone required, must be computer literate.

 

FT Operations Manager – North Puget Sound

We are currently seeking a full time Operations Manager for the North Puget Sound area.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Supervises the servicing of assigned areas to conform to direct cost budgets, quality standards and clients satisfaction. Provide the proper support and guidance to leads, Associate Supervisors and Operations Supervisors in assigned counties in order to ensure they are performing their responsibilities adequately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Put clients first through excellent customer service including regular site visits to maintain good relationships.
Communicate with property managers and facilities managers in assigned area to ensure clients’ requests and problems are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Responsible for selection, development and training of leads, Associate Supervisors and Operations Supervisors. Appraise their performance and make recommendations concerning salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, or terminations.
Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the services provided by MSNW in the assigned territory.
Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors in assigned area. Make recommendations concerning terminating a contract with a subcontractor as needed.
Monitor and review labor and supply costs for assigned territory to ensure that it conforms to budgetary and operational standards.
Inspect assigned accounts. Ensure the work performed meets clients’ quality standards for account retention.
Responsible for keeping upper management informed of any serious problems in the assigned areas.
Develop work schedules and work with Human Resources to hire, train, and assign cleaning personnel to accounts.
Review, approve and ensure that supply requisitions are turned into the main office in a timely manner.
Contribute to and assist business development to generate and acquire new business.
Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Director of Operations.
Travel throughout region as required for company with client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Degree and/or equivalent work related experience is required.
2 + years management experience.
Ability to work independently and with good judgment.
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of maintenance/ janitorial industry.
Staff development experience and Clients Service skills required.
Outstanding verbal and written skills. Strong knowledge of computer software programs.
Strong knowledge of computer software programs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to use computer and in-office equipment. Ability to travel. Frequent standing and walking. When training and participating with start-ups, lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, kneeling/ crawling, bending, squatting is frequent, otherwise minimal. Moderate sitting. Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Operations Manager travels to and from client facilities ensuring proper procedures are met to include staffing, training and quality control to clients’ satisfaction.
