PT Evening Cleaners/Janitors - 

We are always looking for great people to join our growing company!! If you are reliable, trustworthy, have an eye for detail and are available to work evenings to late night, these are great part time opportunities.  Hours are somewhat flexible to fit your needs.  Job duties include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitizing and clean-up, inventory stocking, etc. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.  Must have reliable transportation. Paid travel time between sites.

  • Renton – evenings Sunday – Thursday, approx. 12 – 20 hrs per week
  • Stanwood – evenings Monday, Wednesday & Friday, approx. 4 hrs per week
  • Bellevue – evenings Sunday – Thursday, approx. 25 hrs per week

Maintenance Technician – Ferndale, Portland and Olympia/Lacey

These positions are for approximately 20 – 30 hours per week.  Job duties include but are not limited to: Carpentry, Painting, Facility Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC.  Previous general maintenance experience preferred.  Must have reliable transportation.

Carpet Cleaning Technician – Tacoma

This position is for approximately 30 – 40 hours per week. The shift is evenings Wednesday – Sunday.

Primary Job Functions:
Service assigned accounts to conform to quality standards and customer satisfaction. Servicing facilities with floor and carpet cleanings including use of heavy equipment at various sites throughout Pierce County and ensuring the client areas are being cleaned to MSNW specifications.

Landscape Technician – Portland

The position is approximately 20 hours per week.  Must be reliable, trustworthy and have an eye for detail.  Job duties include but are not limited to: laying sod, mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, disposal of refuse, and use of power tools.  Previous landscape experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

Level 2 Electrician – Bellingham

We are currently seeking a part to full time Journeyman Electrician for the Bellingham area. Electrical experience required. Must have reliable transportation.

Supervisor – Greater Seattle/Tacoma area

Janitorial Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the servicing of assigned accounts to conform to direct cost budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. He/She will also provide support and guidance to cleaning technicians.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Review and control labor and supply costs for assigned accounts. Ensure that it conforms with budgetary standards and sound operational standards/quality.
-Inspect assigned accounts quarterly. Ensure the work performed meets customer quality standards for account retention.
-Visit customers on a monthly basis to maintain good relationships. Complete Manager Reports with each site manager.
-Develop work schedules. Work with Operations Manager to assign cleaning personnel to accounts. Provide fill-in services where needed.
-Trains all new cleaners on proper medical cleaning techniques and that training sessions are held periodically to review programs/policies.
-Assist Operations and Human Resources in staffing of the facility.
-Ensure that all programs and policies of company are being followed.
-Maintain inventory, and supply and equipment needs for assigned accounts, and deliver equipment and materials as needed.
-Is responsible for training, reviewing, correcting, and recommending the employment termination of employees.
-Is responsible for resolving day-to-day operational problems at accounts; notifies the Operations Manager of any problems for documentation purposes.
-Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager and President.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
-High School Diploma, College Education.
-Strong knowledge of maintenance/janitorial industry coupled with a strong knowledge of cleaning products.
-Minimum 3-5 years related work experience preferably as a Supervisor or Lead position.
-Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
-Outstanding verbal and written skills.
-Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.

Painter – Portland

This position is for approximately 20 – 40 hours per week. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some project work may require odd hours and weekend work. Previous painting experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

Journeyman Electrician – Portland

This position is for approximately 20 – 40 hours per week. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some project work may require odd hours and weekend work. Previous electrical experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

Janitorial Lead – Seattle

This position is for approximately 20+ hours per week. The shift is an evening shift with occasional weekends, and on-call responsibilities.  Job duties include but are not limited to: training team members, traveling between multiple sites, paperwork compliance, and on-call assistance. Additional duties include: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitizing and clean-up, inventory stocking, etc.  Previous janitorial and management experience preferred.  Must have reliable transportation.
