PT Evening Cleaners/Janitors – 

We are always looking for great people to join our growing company! If you are reliable, trustworthy, have an eye for detail and are available to work evenings to late night, these are great part time opportunities.  Hours are somewhat flexible to fit your needs.  Job duties include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitizing and clean-up, inventory stocking, etc. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.  Must have reliable transportation. Paid travel time between sites.

  • Beaverton & Lake Oswego, OR – Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays approx. 9.75 hours per week, starting at 7:00 p.m.
  • Bellingham, WA – Saturday and Sunday’s approx. 12 hours per week, starting at 9:00 a.m.
  • Bellingham, WA – Monday through Friday approx. 25 to 30 hours per week, starting at 6:00 p.m.
  • Bellevue, WA – Monday through Friday approx. 20 hours per week, starting at 6:00 p.m.
  • Everett, WA – Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 p.m.
  • Lynden, WA – Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday’s approx. 9 hours per week, starting at 6:30 p.m.

Part Time Night Janitorial  Lead – Bellevue, WA

Primary Job Functions:
• Train personnel
• Fill-in for janitors that are absent due vacation, sickness, or other reasons
• Perform weekly inspections with or for the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager
• Responsible for reviewing weekly inspects with onsite janitorial staff
• Effective communication with Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager of all conditions existing on site
• Assist in organizing and supervising on-going operations
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs
• Maintain, clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms throughout facilities
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
• Dusting and cleaning facilities
• Maintain positive work relations with client(s)

Part Time Night Janitorial Lead – Portland, OR

Full Time Janitorial Lead – Seattle, WA

Full Time Journeyman Electrician with an Administrative Card (Whatcom County)

We are currently seeking a qualified Journeyman Electrician with an administrative card.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
•Graduate of skilled trade (electrical)
•Maintain current Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
•Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
•Must have experience with repair, installs, replacement, and testing of electrical circuits and equipment. With an extensive understanding of electrical networking and lighting knowledge.
•Work independently while inspecting systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repairs, and to ensure compliance with codes
•Read and understand electrical wiring and ladder diagrams.
•Working Knowledge for high voltage wiring/systems.
•Testing electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, prints, charts, and job specs.
•Applicant is responsible for providing all their electrical tools.
•Applicant must be able to work efficiently at heights up to 60 feet.
•Applicant must be hard working, driven, and responsible.
•Applicant must be healthy and able to work on their feet for 10 hour days.
•Applicant must be organized with basic knowledge of computers.
•Travel is a must with weekly travel on the road up to 75% of the time.
•Applicant must have/able to obtain a class A driving license with an excellent driving record.
•Applicant must be able to manage his own service team.
•Applicant must be able to respond to service calls around the clock. Emergency calls.
•Working knowledge of OSHA regulations of workplace safety

Pay and Benefits:
The job is DOE, PTO, Medical and Dental Insurance after 90 days, and 401K.

Full Time Janitorial Operations Supervisor – Everett to Mount Vernon Region 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Supervises the servicing of assigned accounts to conform to direct cost budgets, quality standards, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Responsible for scheduling, training, assigning work, maintaining accurate and proper records, which includes timesheet preparations.
• Provides the proper support and guidance to cleaning technicians.
• Ensures job performance documentation, including disciplinary action prepared and submitted appropriately and on time.
• Effective communication with Operations Manager on all conditions existing on site(s).
• Maintain positive work relations with client(s).
• Perform inspections with Operations Manager.
• Responsible for reviewing inspections with onsite janitorial staff.

Work Environment: 
This position includes traveling to and from client(s) facilities to ensure staffing, training, and quality control procedures are being met to client satisfaction. This role will cover about 35+ sites and 25+ personnel. This position covers the following areas: Everett, Mt. Vernon, Whidbey Island areas. Must be able to travel to Port Angeles and Ferndale 1 – 2 times per month.
