PT Evening Cleaners/Janitors -
We are always looking for great people to join our growing company!! If you are reliable, trustworthy, have an eye for detail and are available to work evenings to late night, these are great part time opportunities. Hours are somewhat flexible to fit your needs. Job duties include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitizing and clean-up, inventory stocking, etc. Previous janitorial experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Paid travel time between sites.

FT Landscape Foreman - Seattle
We are currently seeking a full time Landscape Foreman for the Seattle area.
Primary Job Functions:
Supervises, trains, and works with the Landscape Crew Leads and Landscape Technicians on assigned accounts, conforming to direct cost budgets, quality standards and clients’ satisfaction. The Landscape Foreman professionally represents MSNW at all times.
Trains crew members in tasks such as transplanting or pruning trees and/or shrubs, using equipment, or caring for turf; trains crew members to do the job effectively and efficiently.
Directs activities of crew members and provides assistance in performing landscape duties as necessary to meet deadlines; follows up to insure that all work was completed and assigned properly.
Schedules workload for the crew leaders and their crew for day-to –day operations.
Recommends changes in working conditions or equipment use to increase crew efficiency.
Prepares and secures all materials, tools, and equipment at the end of the day for the next day’s schedule.
Ensures all assigned equipment, tools, safety items, vehicles and trailers or other items are kept in working order by following proper maintenance and inventory schedules.
Maintains and promotes safe working conditions in the field at all times.
Follows company procedures on discipline if any safety rules are broken.
Conducts and documents safety tailgate meetings weekly with the crew.
Ensures all crew members report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures.
Ensures all crew members maintain professional image through the use of approved MSNW uniform and monitoring and maintaining proper employee actions.
Assists Landscape Manager in performance reviews for all crew members.
Monitor project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
Able to respond properly to the client and follow up to make sure their needs have been completed to their satisfaction.
Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
Investigate work-related complaints to verify problems and to determine responses.
Properly communicates all client concerns/ complaints to the Landscape Manager.
Monitors all irrigation controllers with a goal of zero percent loss of plant material due to the monitoring.
Knows the location of all water meters and backflow shut off devices for each job site.
Keeps the Landscape Manager aware of irrigation repairs needed.
Perform other duties as directed by the Landscape Manager.
Qualifications & Training:
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ Year(s) related work experience.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Ability to use written and oral communication skills.
Ability to read, and interpret data, information, and documents.
Ability to work independently and with good judgment.
Ability to organize and implement work schedule.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

FT Landscape Technician – Seattle
We are currently seeking a landscape technician for the Seattle area. This is a full time position. Must be reliable, trustworthy and have an eye for detail. Job duties include but are not limited to: laying sod, mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, disposal of refuse, and use of power tools. Previous landscape experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant – Ferndale
We are currently seeking a temporary Executive Assistant for the Ferndale area. This position has the possibility of turning into a permanent position.
Primary Job Functions:
Supports and assists the President/CEO with various administrative tasks and maintains confidentiality as required.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar using Outlook.
Screen phone calls, preview mail, and monitor emails as directed.
Make travel arrangements (air, hotel, rental cars) as needed for President / CEO and/or other executives and managers using internet and travel websites to obtain cost effective rates.
Handle registrations for industry and association events for President/CEO and/or other executives.
Prepare travel expense reports for President / CEO.
Assist with preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes/notes and distribute as needed.
Customer and staff relations.
Special projects as directed.
Assist with proposal preparations and information gathering as required.
Assist with marketing campaigns – i.e. client newsletter, mailers, printing, trade show assistance, promotional item ordering, etc.
Assist with Salesforce Management – i.e. answering questions in regard to usage, maintain database. Enter marketing campaigns, creating dashboards, report generation.
Assist with formatting and sending advertisements and press releases.
Contract management, including but not limited to distribution, filing, and maintaining records for contract renewals.
Provide assistance to Accounting and/or Controller as directed. Prepare AR billing as required.
Prepare various accounting, cash flow, job costing, and forecasting reports as directed.
Assist with personal errands as needed.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality as required.
Qualifications and Training:
College degree preferred. Previous administrative assistant experience with upper level management.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated professionalism, poise, tact, diplomacy and thorough knowledge of industry and business related procedures and practices.
Must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task, make decisions, and change priorities depending on the events of the day.
