PT Evening Cleaners/Janitors – 

We are always looking for great people to join our growing company! If you are reliable, trustworthy, have an eye for detail and are available to work evenings to late night, these are great part time opportunities.  Hours are somewhat flexible to fit your needs.  Job duties include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitizing and clean-up, inventory stocking, etc. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.  Must have reliable transportation. Paid travel time between sites.

 PT Night Lead – Bellevue, WA. 

Primary Job Functions:
• Train personnel
• Fill-in for janitors that are absent due vacation, sickness, or other reasons
• Perform weekly inspections with or for the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager
• Responsible for reviewing weekly inspects with onsite janitorial staff
• Effective communication with Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager of all conditions existing on site
• Assist in organizing and supervising on-going operations
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Maintain, clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms throughout facilities.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning facilities
• Maintain positive work relations with client(s)

PT Janitorial Lead – Tacoma, WA.

FT Landscaper – Seattle, WA. 

We are currently seeking a Full Time Landscape Technician for the Seattle area. 

Job duties include but are not limited to: laying sod, mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, disposal of refuse, and use of power tools. Previous landscape experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

 

FT Maintenance Tech (North Puget Sound) 

We are currently seeking a Full Time Landscape Technician for the North Puget Sound area.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Manage many different jobs and work sites to schedule, within budget and according to specified standards of quality and performance.
• Spend 90 percent of their time on the road at client sites.

Qualifications and Training
• Must be a “jack of all trades” handyman with at least 4 years’ experience in hands-on-work as well as several years of experience managing others and client relationships preferred
• Must work well with others, and be able to self-monitor their time and work flow
• Must be willing to assume responsibility for work outcomes
• Requires a broad working knowledge of maintenance
• Ability to read and visualize plans, and an eye for precise detail
• Willingness to travel
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

FT Floor Technician – Whatcom County

We are currently seeking a FT Floor Technician for the Whatcom County area. Service assigned accounts to conform to quality standards and customer satisfaction. Servicing facilities with floor and carpet cleanings including use of heavy equipment at various sites throughout the Whatcom County area and ensuring the client areas are being cleaned to MSNW specifications.

 

FT Project Manager – Whatcom County

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
Work with Contract Administrator to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer.
May requisition supplies and materials to complete project.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients.
Work with dispatcher to assign workers to construction sites to work on specified projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
Knowledge of administration, management, construction materials, asphalt paving methods and tools.
Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools.
Knowledge of public safety and security issues and regulations.
Excellent mathematical skills, including application and use in problem-solving.
Ability to coordinate own and others’ actions, manage own time and manage personnel resources.
Strong understanding and expression of written and verbal English sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
Sensitivity to problems; ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience combination.
Approximately 10 years of experience in the construction industry, 5 years with management Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals

Safety and Security – Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions ; Uses equipment and materials properly
